It is with great regret that we announce that the CSU Pet Memorial Ceremony will not be held this year due to COVID-19 precautions. We truly treasure hosting this event and communing with those whose hearts have been touched and lives changed by their beloved animals. We know that this event is meaningful to many, and we would still like to offer our support to any and all who need it. Please visit our resources page or call 970-297-1242.
“The slide show is my favorite part of the memorial. It is amazing to see all of the pets that people have loved, and so comforting to know that we are all missing them and at the same time laughing and smiling at our sweet memories together.”
“The pet memorial was so heart-warming. It was helpful for healing and meant so much! I can't say enough about it. I loved the music, speakers, poems and the card with memory touch stone. Thank you so much for offering this.”
“Yesterday we attended the Pet Memorial and we want to give our thanks to everyone involved. Everything, from the invitation to the lovely catered luncheon after, spoke a true intention to help those who have lost their pets. The welcome, comfortable setting, memorial display tables, flowers, printed programs, and the program itself were wonderful, healing gestures that meant so much. Somehow, all that attention to detail let us know that our sorrows are real, and that someone understands. Thank you so much for a job not just well done, but elegantly done.”
The Argus Institute could not host the Pet Memorial event without the generous support of the following sponsors: Flint Animal Cancer Center, CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital, CSU Pet Hospice, Precious Pals Cemetery at Rest Haven, Fiona’s Delicatessen, Guardian Pet Aquamation, Home to Heaven, Precious Memories, Rainbow Bridge, and World By the Tail, Inc.
