Regalia Orders and Distribution
Order your regalia (cap & gown) in advance via the Commencement homepage. Go to www.commencement.colostate.edu, and click Get Your Cap & Gown. Order deadline is Wednesday, April 5. Students, except for doctoral candidates, keep their caps and tassels.
Faculty orders are coordinated by each college office. Colleges or departments work directly with the supplier, Unique Recognition, to place faculty orders by using the form that will be sent out as soon as we receive it. The deadline for ordering faculty/courtesy regalia online is FRIDAY, MARCH 24.

Additionally, regalia may be picked up one hour prior to their ceremony beginning Friday at their ceremony site, until 10 a.m. Sunday, May 14. No regalia, student or faculty, may be picked up after 10 a.m. Sunday, May 14.
There will be regalia return in the Lory Student Center at the Information Desk immediately following the ceremony until 6 pm. If you wait until after that time, return of regalia will be need to be taken to Moby C-Wing. Please note that there may be a charge for late returns. Any late returns should be sent directly to:

Representatives from CB Grad Announcements (announcements) and Josten’s (class rings) will be present on February 14, 15, and 16 in the Lory Student Center Flea Market area (outside the University Bookstore) to take advanced, customized orders. The Grad Fair will be held February 15, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the LSC Flea Market area. After February 16, announcement orders may be placed at www.cbgrad.com
or by calling 800-433-0296. Customized orders are returned within seven days of being ordered.
Generic announcements (non-personalized announcements) may be purchased at the University Bookstore any time.
Spring 2017 commencement ceremonies are at two venues - the Lory Student Center and Moby Arena. Please use the guidelines below to suggest parking options for families and guests. Construction on campus will impact available parking.

Friday Before 4 PM
There is paid parking in the pay-by-plate spaces in Lot 310, which is located north of the Lory Student Center. See grid location I - 5 on the CSU Campus Parking Map. The pay-by-plate spaces are located in the west half of Lot 310 (colored orange with a picture of a clock on the parking map). There are also pay-by-plate spaces in Lot 425, which is located due west of the Morgan Library (grid location H – 8.5 on the campus map). The pay-by-plate spaces are located in the south half of Lot 425 (colored orange with a picture of a clock on the parking map). Meter rates are $1.25 an hour.
Friday after 4 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday ALL DAY
FREE PARKING is available in all lots mentioned above, as Saturday is not a regular university business day.
