 Summary of Application Submission Requirements

 

​If the following items are NOT received before September 15, 2016 at 10 p.m. MDT, your Colorado Supplemental Application will be designated as INELIGIBLE and will be eliminated from further review by the Admissions Committee.

  • GRE scores (V,Q,A) self-reported in CSA

  • May 2016: VMCAS Application opens
  •  
  • July 2016: Colorado Supplemental Application (CSA) opens
  •  
  • September 1, 2016Course su​bstitution request, page 4, received via email to 
  •  
  • September 15, 2016: Transcripts received by VMCAS for transcript verification; there will be no exceptions for late transcripts
  •  
  • September 15, 2016: VMCAS Application due
  •  
  • September 15, 2016: Colorado Supplemental Application due
  •  
  • September 15, 2016: Deadline to submit residency applications to your WICHE state for residency certification
  •  
  • September 15, 2016: Allow two weeks for processing of documents required for resolution of tuition classification issues and/or legal disciplinary items; documents should be submitted by September 15 to ensure resolution by September 30.
  •  
  • Late-December 2016: Candidates selected to interview
  •  
  • January 14-15, 2017: Interview process
  •  
  • February 15, 2017: Approximate date for offers, alternates, and denial of admission
  •  
  • April 17, 2017: Deadline for students who received an offer to accept/decline 
  •  
  • July 15, 2017: If you are an offer/alternate status, receipt of final transcript showing successful completion of any remaining required prerequisites is due
  •  
  • July 15, 2017: If you are an offer/alternate status, and you are enrolled in a graduate program at the time of application, you are required to send a graduate program release letter
  •  
  • August 14-19, 2017: A​pproximate orientation dates for the 2017 entering class
