Arthropod-borne and Infectious Diseases Laboratory

The Arthropod-borne and Infectious Diseases Laboratory (AIDL) is located within the Judson Harper Research Complex on CSU's Foothills Campus, located at the end of Rampart Road off of Overland Trial.
Thirty researchers concentrate on the prevention, diagnosis, and control of mosquito-borne encephalitis, yellow fever, dengue, hantaviruses, parasitic diseases, and Lyme disease. Researchers at this facility interact with local laboratories of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Dr. Kenneth Olson is the AIDL Director.
