Each year scholarships become available to applicants at all levels of study in the Environmental Health (EH) major. Below are a number of recurring scholarships that are offered to applicants in EH. All are encouraged to apply.

To apply for scholarships, complete the CSU Scholarship Application (CSUSA), available online beginning December 1. The deadline is March 1 at 11 p.m. (MST). You can also access the application via RamWeb with your CSU eID.
ERHS Scholarships

The John Bagby Scholarship is offered to candidates based upon service, activities and involvement with the Environmental Health Program, Department and Student Organizations including work with peers and faculty as well as GPA and academic performance.

The Colorado Environmental Health Association (CEHA) Scholarship is offered to candidates based upon academic level (Junior or Senior), academic performance (GPA), interest and activities in Environmental Health expressed through the Environmental Health Student Association (EHSA), CEHA or the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) and financial need.

The Environmental Health Undergraduate Scholarships are offered to three candidates based upon academic level (Freshman / Sophomore / Junior or Senior), academic performance such as H.S. or college GPA, ACT, SAT or Index Scores and are renewable once awarded if performance criteria are maintained.

The ERHS Freshman Scholars Awards are offered to five incoming freshman who apply to the EH Major and demonstrate high-academic ability measured through HS GPA and Rankings, ACT, SAT or Index Scores and express an interest in cutting-edge laboratory research in science with career goals in the environmental, radiological health or health professions.

Imagine the Possibilities...100 Year Anniversary Scholarship is offered to one full-time Undergraduate student - one student from each of the departments (BMS, ERHS, MIP) within the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (CVMBS) based upon GPA, financial need, first generation status, campus activities, community service and career goals.

The Myron Brown Ludlow Scholarship is offered to one full-time male candidate who may be a sophomore, junior or senior within the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (CVMBS) based upon financial need, academic performance and accomplishment (GPA / Honors / Recognition), US citizenship and the recipient must have completed at least one year at CSU prior to receiving the award.

The Rowena Odell Scholarship is offered to one EH candidate based upon financial need and full-time enrollment in the CVMBS college.

The Delano F. Scott Scholarship is offered to one full-time male candidate who is a sophomore, junior or senior within the CVMBS based upon financial need, academic performance and accomplishment (GPA / Honors / Recognition) and US Citizenship.

Students First Scholarship is offered to an enrolled, full time undergraduate in any degree program, any class, any major; based on good academic standing, financial need established by Student Financial Services, active participant in campus and/or community service organizations (i.e., Office of Student Learning Involvement and Community Engagement, etc).
