Orthopaedic Research Center

The Orthopaedic Research Center at Colorado State University is known worldwide for joint problem prevention and healing research in the horse with some recently expanded work in human athletes. A dedicated group of senior scientists, graduate and post-doctoral students continue to answer critical questions about orthopaedic health in horses and humans.

    Join us in Fort Collins, CO, in August for these updated Continuing Education courses that include a renewed practical format and laboratories. Attendees will receive hands-on instruction from top-level instructors, and gain practical information on how to perform arthroscopy.

Equine sports medicine researchers with horse

​ORC faculty in collaboration with the CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital have developed an ambulatory Equine Sports Medicine service, targeting equine athletes throughout Colorado, and beyond.
