Anatomy Camp at Colorado State University is a great way for high school students to explore the exciting world of human anatomy!

Anatomy Camp

The Anatomy Camp at Colorado State University is an academic summer camp that uses hands-on learning aimed at high school students interested in going into pre-med majors in college. Students will have the opportunity to dissect real anatomical specimens, while also learning anatomy on human cadavers. In addition, campers will look at case studies to diagnose medical problems and study technology based cross sectional anatomy.

At Anatomy Camp, students experience learning in a fun, relaxed environment with instructors and counselors who are passionate about teaching anatomy. Because Colorado State University is located in beautiful northern Colorado, campers also get the opportunity to whitewater raft, hike, visit the local downtown, and check out the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery throughout the week.

Anatomy Camp students spend the week in suite-style, air-conditioned rooms in Colorado State University’s Summit Residence Hall. Students arriving into Denver International Airport will be met by camp staff and shuttled to campus. Those not flying will meet on campus on Sunday afternoon to check into Summit Residence Hall.
